To address these critical concerns, The Specialists has proactively cultivated strong partnerships with numerous insurance providers since 2013. These long-standing collaborations enable the centre to offer two pivotal services designed to simplify the healthcare journey:

 

• Pre-Approval Service/ Pre-authorization Service: This service allows patients to confirm the scope of coverage for planned examination or procedure  in advance. This provides clarity, peace of mind, and a better understanding of any out-of-pocket expenses.

• Cashless Service / Direct Billing Service¹: For eligible patients, this arrangement eliminates the need for advance payments at the time of an examination or procedure. Instead, the payment is directly processed between the medical centre and insurance company, significantly easing the financial burden.
   

By streamlining the claiming process and alleviates financial stress, these services help patients focus entirely on treatment and recovery, reduce the stress on concerns about reimbursement and costs.

 

Cashless Service – Maintain Your Budget with Ease

The state-of-the-art day medical centre is fully equipped to accept a wide range² of insurance medical cards for services including:

 

• Day-case endoscopic examinations (e.g., colonoscopy, gastroscopy)
• Day surgery
• Diagnostic imaging services
   

Advanced facilities are specifically designed for endoscopic procedures and a range of day-case surgeries, complemented by private rooms to ensure a comfortable and enhanced patient experience.
