General Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7)

The GAD-7 mental health questionnaire aims to assess an individual's symptoms of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) over the past two weeks. This is a brief and effective tool used for screening and monitoring the severity of anxiety symptoms, assisting healthcare professionals in diagnosis and treatment.
